Car service from Southampton to Heathrow

Also, regarding train service same route - do you have to change trains on the way or is it direct?

Just trying to find the easiest, most comfortable way to do this.

I can’t address your car question, but when we were there two months ago we took a train from Southampton to Heathrow. We had to transfer once in London to get to the airport.
